Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they always offer here my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care.

My dog was diagnosed with lymphoma back in July of this year. My experience was great with the first two vets we saw, very compassionate. But, now it is three times I've been back for a check up or refills, and the reception office can't ever seem to find my information. Once, I sat in the waiting area for about 5 minutes after convincing the receptionist that we were there for his lymphoma check up, not his rabies shots, and the receptionist looked up at me and asked, as though she had never seen before, "Has some one helped you?" and I had to say, "Yes, you did." They were not busy at the time. One of the receptionists is either very stupid or high on something, because she is a total space cadet.
If you decide to go here, beware of the total incompetence in the office the moment you walk in.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Yes.

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
