What can I possibly say about Dr. Penfield, she is the most amazing vet that I have encountered. Ever. My cat went thru his final illness at McCarty Clinic, and without Dr. P and her staff, I couldn't have made it and kept a few shreds of sanity. She has gone above and beyond so many times, not only for my cat, but for others that I know of. My cat was always treated with kindness and was given his dignity, even though he was getting pretty cranky by this point. Dr. P did not give up on him, she waited for him to make the final decision that he was done. Which he finally did, and she totally respected that decision. Never before have I met such an empathetic woman, who had such a marvelous staff. When my cat was at his worst, I got at least one phone call a day, and that included Christmas Eve, Christmas day, New year's eve and day. The woman never takes a rest, and those of us who are her patients' parents will appreciate her forever. I would rate her the best ever, and all my friends who go to her feel exactly the same way. Thank you Dr. P, always......
