I will never take my animals here again, nor will I recommend this hospital to anyone. I don't want anyone else to experience what I went through. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time.
I have been a client of this clinic for over 6 years and spent a lot of money there with all my pets. Last week my daughter took our cocker spaniel for a checkup and after she came back home she begged me not to take our dog any more.
The veterinarian that was suppose to take care of my dog was rude and kept on calling my dog Chuy by a different name what made me believe she did not even care which dogs was she working with. Then according to my kid, the assistant told her that she had felt a swelling on my dog’s chest and she refused to check Chuy because he was “too furry” and begun to poke him with the needle several times trying to draw blood and told my kid that next time we need to “shave” our dog before the checkup.
They charged us almost $150.00 just to maltreatment our dog and had my daughter feeling guilty for taking him to be abused.
I will never, ever take any of my pets to that place again and I’ll be telling every person I know about the horrible experience we have at this place.
If they do not want to deal with dogs with fur, they should put a sign at their door stating that they only care for chihuahuas
