I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. My appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to answer all my questions. They are extremely reliable and caring towards the animals they treat. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember me and my pet. A few years ago I cared for my daughter's 2 cats while she was overseas in Peace Corp. One of the cats was an extremely touchy rescue cat and I had difficulty administering flea control to her. Dr Bob and his staff happily assisted me every month with this task. I can't thank them enough!
He has also operated on my dog and the care and follow up was outstanding.
