I moved from Bucks to Montgomery County and was looking for comprehensive care for the faithful, playful dog that I adopted. If your looking for empathy and compassion for yourself and your pet, this is not the place for you. If you want to drop big bucks on labs and other diagnostics and hope the vet spends time explaining the results and the implications, then this is the place for you. Good luck finding a smile or kind word and that includes the front desk. It is not as high tech as it presents itself and it is certainly not high touch. I worked in healthcare for 45 years and I know good/great care when I see it and this is not it! I will be taking my beloved dog back to CARES in Bucks County for specialty care.

Take your animals elsewhere. I just moved here and sadly, made the mistake of boarding my dog here. She is NOW very ill after boarding ( bloody diarrhea and lethargy) $2,000+ later, no answers and vets seem disinterested in trying to resolve issue. They did not seem to have any type of treatment plan, and appeared to "wing it" and kept trying to order more and more tests--all inconclusive. I finally said enough, after my dog had a blood work up and the following week, the vet suggested, yet again, the same work-up. There is no continuity of care and they really don't seem to care about costs to owners or quality of life for my dog.
