The staff there are wonderful, especially Dr. Resnick and Dr. Jacobs. HOWEVER, Dr. Lowenstein, who happens to be the owner, is a liar and is horrible. He told me he was going to run a specific blood test for my dog. He also charged me for it. The test was NEVER done! Then, after I questioned him about it on the phone, he got defensive and raised his voice. THATS NOT ALL - - he then put me and my dog in the "UNWELCOMED" file - and I was kicked out of the practice! ADDITIONALLY, this all occurred after he spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me to talk about my dog's illness - - all the while he was telling me about how him and his girlfriend both suffer from depression. WHAT A QUACK!

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
