DO NOT QUESTION A CHARGE OR THEY WILL THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE!!! I have 2 dogs we were patients with this clinic since 2008 - 6 yrs. I was pleased with the service until My Bishon Buffy started with a UTI ended needed surgery to remove bladder stones. Charge started out $600.00 ended being $741.65 plus $39 for the removal of the staples everything was to be included in the original $600.00. I was informed my dog needed a special diet, and told I would need a prescription and the food would be ordered. 2 weeks after I inquired for the 2nd time if the food came in I was told they only ordered it the Friday before and not the amount I indicated I wanted. I asked for Dr. Hufnagel to call me 2 days in a row because of the extra $39 I never received a call from him I did received a call from an employee. indicating they were sending me my records and suggesting other vets in the area because I didn't like their pricing & policy and the food never came in. Recently I visited the clinic to discuss the incident with Dr. Hufnagel, since he never had the courtesy to return my calls, and was I treated very unprofessional by Dr. Hufnagel and was threatened to have the police called if I did not leave. So DO NOT ever question any charge by that clinic
