Still can't get over the loss of Kyra (Shetland Sheepdog). This vet's office lost the dog while boarding her and in my opinion they used irresponsible handling skills and improper equipment. They have yet to apologize or take responsibility. I can't use them or trust them. I certainly don't recommend them. I am sharing this information so others know to not trust this vet who looses dogs. The fact that they had to be sued for loosing another dog that bit someone and they never took responsibility for those medical bills speaks volumes! SHAME on Crossroads!
