They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. My after-hours emergency call was returned quickly and my questions answered in detail. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
