I called to make an appointment for my cat. The person who answered the phone told me that she was new and didn't know how to do that. She told me to call back when Lauren was there but don't call in Thursday. I asked her if they would please call me back. She said sure. I never heard from them again.
About 1 1/2 yr ago, I tried calling for an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was very unfriendly to me and told me that she couldn't get me an appointment for 3-4 months. I went elsewhere.
Seems to me that this business does not care about getting business or being accommodating to clients.
I won't be calling again!

Always happy to see my dogs when I am unsure of a problem. I appreciate the fact he does not order tests just to order them and handles the care of my dogs effectively.
