Moreau Animal Clinic is a small animal hospital focusing on the medical treatment of dogs, cats, ferrets and rabbits. We are a single doctor practice with two full time receptionists, two full time veterinary technicians and a part time veterinary assistant. It’s so sad to know about Dr. Mark Yanus’s early retirement. This clinic was the best under him. It took me awhile to find the best clinic in the area, and now it looks like I have to search again. Dr. Yanus and his staff has always been so knowledgeable, capable and companionate. Now with the new veterinarians things have changed. The best clinic has turned into the absolute chaotic one. They do not keep their appointments, they are unable to organize themselves, they show partiality and overall unprofessional attitude. I am very disssapointed and I want them to know it. The old staff, the technicians are still great, thank you all so much for all your help, but I don’t think I can trust my dog to the new vets and i
am very unlikely to continue, because of their attitude. My impression is that they care for money more than they care for the animals.
