I have had to use them twice now for two carts, brothers, about a year and a half apart. They are great, I love that they are 24 hour. They are kind and compassionate. No complaints.

Here's something to consider. When Oreo was euthanized I took him here and requested a private cremation, paw clay print and fur, all included in the price.

Jeter passed away at home so it was a private cremation only. I ordered the paw clay print too. The new thing was I had to call Final Gift (https://www.finalgift.com/) the following morning and tell them that I wanted his fur. When I called Final Gift told me it would cost $25 to get me some fur. Seriously? The amount you give for $25? Had I know this prior I would have cut all the hair I wanted for free. They get you through their grief. I gave this feedback to both Final Gift and the hospital, it's only right that people know this before hand so they can make the decision. So cut your pet's hair before you bring him in to the animal hospital if you don't want to pay this.

Learned the hard way this practice will profit from your life and death emergency. I brought a dog in for bloat--she would surely die if not immediately taken into surgery--I was presented with a $7,000+ bill or put my dog to sleep or watch her die in my car. This is WAY more than Norwalk (my other option). Do your research when considering which emergency clinic you will use--call ahead and ask for prices on emergencies that require immediate medical intervention like Bloat, poisioning, snake bites, etc.
