The "veterinarian" spayed the wrong cat. I brought 2 cats in to board over a weekend. One of them was spayed previously at this hospital, the other needed to be spayed. They put the cat they already spayed a year earlier under anesthesia, cut her open and told me she had already been spayed. The "doctor" even told me he saw a scar on her that looked like she had been spayed, but opened her up anyway. She has been peeing in the house ever since! I will never go back! They did not spay the cat that actually was supposed to be spayed, she had to stay 2 more days!.

Somewhat. It was a little excessive.
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely not! I was a complete wreck waiting by the phone
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me
