When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They were polite when I first called and then once I started asking about prices I could tell she didn't want to talk to me. Their level of knowledge and experience is unlike any other vet I have ever been to. However they did try to talk me into a few unnecessary expensive treatments and tests for my cat and basically told me you can't put a price on the health of your pet. My pets well being is my highest priority, but I have worked with animals for over 6 years and I knew that since my cat had never been outdoors she did not need this testing done. They quoted me $230 to spay my cat, personally I think that is a bit much. Needless to say I won't be going back, but if money is not a issue for you I would say that this place will definately take great care of your pet. Overall, they are over priced but they know what they're doing so if you have money to spend this may be the place for you.
