I stumbled into Gentle Care after I was unable to be seen at the Banfeild Animal Hospital at the Cary Petsmart as a walk in and they didnt have any appointments soon enough. And I am so glad I ended up there! They were able to see me and my new puppy immediatly. The staff was sincerly warm and extremely friendly. The Vet was also very kind. It wasnt just and in and out visit with me. She talked with me for a while, giving me adice and even demonstrating how to properly train my new pup. They had plenty of available times for my next appointment. The lobby and office was very clean. I am so excited to continue vet services with gentle care as my puppy gets older.
