I Took both my Dobermans here for ear cropping , showed him pictures , told him I want a show crop , showed him more pictures , when I picked my dogs up they both had bull dog cuts , very short for a Dobermans, he told me I would never get the older pups ears to stand , do to the shortness of the crops , I had then both standing in 3 weeks , He ruined my dogs , did not do what I asked he assured me he knows the breed well than why would he cut the ears with a bulldog cut I have $4000 invested in these dogs and he messed them up good who wants a dobermans with bull dog crops , I sure can't show them witch is why I bought them plus the lady behind the desk is very rude

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Have used both vets for over
30 years.
