This was a routine annual visit for shots update and checkup. They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet's condition was and that he needed more exercise as he had gained weight in last year. They've never used foul language. They were prepared for my appointment and I had no wait (that's why I skipped the "comfortable chairs" question). I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me when I need it. They are very knowledgeable and qualified. The entire staff is friendly and go above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home.
