Everyone there were just awesome!!! Had a problem with our dog and called them. Got us in to see the doctor within an hour. Showed extreme compassion. Left there knowing, that everything that could be done was done for our dog. Other clinics should take note!!

Yes, I had a clear understanding of my pet's condition
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
