The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest. I most likely will be going back. It was a good experience. This provider asked me questions and seemed interested in my thoughts and concerns. I would most likely recommend this provider to someone.

No emergency service. A few years back I contacted Dr. Orr through his answering service after hours and told him about my sick cat. He told me to meet him at the clinic. Charged a little extra, but that was fine.

He no longer does this. I called the clinic about 7:30 pm and his voice mail said if I had an emergency to call his answering service. His answering service said he is not available. I was told to contact the emergency clinic 40 miles from here. With no transportation to get there, I'm hoping my cat will make it until Monday, 2 days away. It's a really helpless feeling..
