I adopted two senior dogs about two years ago. They had been fully vetted before they came to us. I brought them both to the Hollis Animal Clinic to have the vet look at the male dogs staples from his neuter, and just have them looked over in general. I brought them back this past June for their physicals. I filled out an application to adopt another dog, and when the rescue called to get a reference, the receptionists told them the dogs hadn't received all their vaccinations. According to the rescue, the reference was "unflattering". I did all the vaccinations the vet recommended. I've taken excellent care of my animals, and I'm thoroughly pissed that the receptionists gave inaccurate and patently false information regarding how I care for my pets. I will be seeking out a new vet because of this.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays
