They euthanized a great dane puppy that an adopter brought in for pneomonia after the rescue called 3 different times to say they would pay the bill and pick the dog up! THIS WAS SO UNETHICAL ON SOOOO MANY LEVELS!!! AND THE VET RECORDS SAID THIS DOG WAS A RESCUE DOG :( RIP OPTIMUS!!! Not only is there not a designated area for your pet to go to the bathroom here, there's no where for them to go anywhere even close. I had to drive down the street just to find a place for my dog to go pee. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
