My Husband went and brought our horse down there to get his shots and coggins done the dr was nice and the assistant, said the coggins would take about 7 to 10 day we had use them before on a previous horse and it took 7 days to get the coggins test back so we figure it would be about 7 day like before. Called them in 7 days nothing then they called my husband on the 9th day saying that the test had got riped open and returned to lake charles and that would could drive all the way to lake charles and pick it up or that they could get lake charles to fax a copy until we got the real one. I called today to see if it had come and the receptionist (Stephanie)was very rude say that they still hadn't got it back and talking to me like I was stupid! Being a receptionist you should not treat people like that because people will not want to take their business there! Tomorrow will be 14 days and still we haven't heard nothing! So needless to say we will not be giving our business to Oakdale Animal Clinic anymore.
