Known locally as "Dr Dollar" and "Dr Death", if they can't fix a problem by amputating or euthanizing, chances are you're getting ripped off. Both doctors are known for evaluating the vehicles and apparel of new clients, and making judgement calls regarding treatment based solely upon the assumed income of the client. Also, if you are a repeat client, expect to have your level of care determined by any balance remaining on your bill. This is one veterinary hospital that I can safely say cares more about the dollar than they do ANY of your pets.

The staff here is friendly and welcoming, but they do not listen to detailed instructions. Due to that our boy died on the operating table. Our pet had a tumor on his elbow. They debulked twice before. I left specific instructions not to operate on it again unless they were ready to remove the leg if it bleed to much. From the information we recieved, we found out or baby was put in a cage unattended or sedated for 4 hrs. In this time he chewed on the dressing and eventally the tumor. Having aready lossing a lot of blood they went ahead and operated. He is dead. We did not get to say goodbye. We left him there to have the leg rewrapped. i had another vet lined up to remove the leg knowing they were not going to do it. I was assured he would be taken good care of. does not sound like it to me.
