This facility runs an excellent Silver Sneakers Program! The manager is helpful, caring and provides whatever is needed to make this a successful program. The instructor is knowledgable, caring and expert in her field. The class is often filled to capacity and offers many alternatives for Silver Sneakers enthusiasts to stay fit and well. I give them an Awesome!

I received two free month gift certificates. That is why I went. I am glad I did. Albert took an interest in my long term goal and is helping me on the road to a healthier lifestyle. The equipment is easy to use and Albert will take the time to show you how to do the exercises correctly to get the best results.
