They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. The chairs in the waiting room were the cheap plastic kind. My back started to hurt while I was waiting.
