Oh my. Where to start? First of all, you know better than to come to a place like this. You really do. People go to an office like this to gain access to diet "miracle" drugs. Yes, they have them and no, they are not a miracle. My visit to this office was annoying and unprofessional. . You wait a long time and fill out lots of confusing medical forms that no one looks at or goes over. The nurses were more interested in chatting with each other than the patients. I actually saw one potential client, who was foreign and needed assistance understanding what she was filling out. She felt uncomfortable and unsure about sharing so much personal information. The nurses rolled their eyes at her, said she was "scary" and were delighted when she left. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. Throughout the entire visit, nothing that was being done to me was explained. When the Doctor finally came in at the end he was cold and unhelpful. His primary concern was to go over what supplements are available for an extra charge. On his written materials, it clearly "suggests" that the supplements are included in your fee. This office is just a place to dispense diet pills. If that's what you want then it is a good place for that. If you want counseling and support and information about how to lose weight safely and keep it off, then don't waste your money. You know better. So did I and I still wasted my money. I will not be returning. But with the line that was out the door when I went, I'm sure I won't be missed.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.
