This facility has always been understaffed behind the help desk, with the result being long waits for patients, and a fair amount of chronic confusion for staff as to what treatment room they're assigned to, which patient they're assigned to, and other problems. Patients sometimes become distressed at the gross inefficiency, and feel lost or forgotten. As a therapist, I was asked several times by a number of patients if I had a private practice, because they were not happy with Turquoise Trail. I don't know why the owner/manager can't hire more staff and remedy the customer service and staff assignment problems.

The staff was friendly enough. I felt like they could have been a little more welcoming, though. I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. Staff was clearly overworked to the point that they could not attend to patients for check-in, nor could they follow up with patients waiting for their practitioner. Some patients felt abandoned. I see no reason for the reception/check-in area to be so severely understaffed.

Phys therapists were short-tempered and seemed frustrated as well. Everyone seemed stressed.
