This gym is fairly small, but kept clean , cable machines rarely kept up with so they have a tendency to drag and be ineffective. Furthermore the rules limiting cardio use make no sense. Once I got a complaint for breathing "too heavy" and "sweating too much". Owners are nice but many of the others in the gym are inconsiderate, also many of the older patrons use incredible amounts of cologne and perfume making it impossible to breathe. Don't forget they're gym is usually a balmy 50-52 degrees.

Not a good place to work out, too many rules ( can t spend more than an hour in the cardio machines, must bring clean shoes to use just for the gym, must bring a towel if you sweat, etc) . The equipment are very old and not all really work. The owners are older and do not want to put must hours to work in the place, so they make these crazy rules. They are also rude and act like they are doing you a favor, they forget that customer service is part of the job.
