The business has been around for a while and it shows, but it only adds to this unique charm about it. The staff is small but they are all-around nice people. Not exactly the toughest looking people in the gym, but they are willing to help out when you need assistance and that is all I could ask for. I personally would rather have smaller figured workers that help out the gym members and the gyms heath and appearance than have well-built workers that refuse to help. I can finally have my work out without the fear of being judged by others or told to remain quiet when I am taking my last breaths for my power set. The other members here are much more supportive and friendlier than i originally thought and the relationship between the staff and the members appear to be close like family. Some members have stayed here from the its opening. There aren't too many members in at one time, probably 20 at most, meaning you get to have access to the entire gym with little to no waiting as long as it is open. The gym isn't open 24 hours, but 18 hours a day for 4 to 10 is good enough for me. To be honest if it were open 24 hours I would never leave.

The classes are fun. Ana and Angela are great motivators... they are the reason I stick around. The equipment is nice... plenty of weight machines to choose from. The cardio machines are old, but they get the job done. The biggest complaint is - the entire gym is very DIRTY. I never see anyone cleaning. The restroom is gross, right down to blood splatters on the floor. Trash cans overflowing with used TP. Often no soap or paper towels. The entire gym's floors are filthy. Years ago there was a cleaning person who wiped everything down on a schedule. It looks like years of neglect has set in. It can't be very sanitary or healthy to never disinfect or wipe down anything. Such a shame because it really is a nice gym. I'm probably going elsewhere when my membership is up if it isn't cleaned up a bit.
