This program is a VERY strict diet. They sell it as an easy plan, it is not. It is repetitious and boring and food choices are limited. Staff is not always understanding and critical of small strays away from plan (ie 5 M&Ms). A new physician would not be provided for me when requested. On line access was good and response to emails was usually prompt, but food diary can be difficult. Never quite understood the "personalized" plan, as weekly menus seemed fairly standardized. You will lose weight, but be bored to tears and the tedious nature of it can get to you. Rather $$$ for what you get
