I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
As for the 1 star reviewer, obviously a competitor, I have been doping business with PHC for over 10 years, and they have always been very helpful, and professional, and their offices are very clean, and clutter free, always a joy to visit.

I will tell everyone I know to stay far, far away. The building is in disrepair with stains on the carpet and it stinks. There is no exercise plan other than do it. Nothing is organic. I never met with a Dr as I was expecting since they are "medically supervised". All that means is that a dr prescribes vitamins to every Tom, Dick and Harry that walks in the door. You are not allowed to start Stabilization until you reach your goal weight, if you don't reach your goal weight you have to either pay more or quit. Don't expect to get out of there for less than $1,000. Weight watchers does the exact same thing for half the price.

They will tell you anything you want to hear, even if it's a lie, just to get your money.

I would give it less than 1 star if I could.
