One of the priorities in my practice is to offer a caring, safe place where my clients can be themselves and feel free to explore feelings, examine life experiences and develop strategies for change. My clients and I establish an open, interactive partnership to address barriers that interfere with joy, relationships and life. For many, the process of self-exploration and healing brings more meaningful relationships, greater work satisfaction and an enhanced ability to enjoy life. Successful therapy requires commitment and work, but the rewards are great.

I am a psychologist with over 25 years experience as a therapist and director of clinical programs. My practice focus includes depression, mood disorders, relationships, pediatric mental health, Asperger's Disorder, and parenting. I lead classes on parenting, forgiveness, boundaries and relationships. Social skills and self-esteem building classes are offered for children.
