BEWARE!!!!! The worst service I've ever had. Dr. Sheila Calderon was rude and sarcastic. I went to go get a co2 fractional laser and I have never had such a severe pain to this treatment. She only told me the pain would last for 3 hours post-procedure. The pain was so painful I had to go to the Emergency Room. This pain lasted me 2 days straight. The reason that I went to the ER was because Dr. Sheila Calderon did not pick up the phone at all. The staff even called her husband and nobody bothered picking up the phone. It wasn't until 2 days later she called back. I have this medical bill to pay for now and she was very unprofessional. I'm a 19 year old full time student paying for this out of pocket. I could have avoided going to the ER if Dr. Calderon picked up the phone to prescribe me a prescription. The only good thing about this clinic was the friendly staff Veronica and Jennifer. Other than that, the "Elite" Med spa should not be open for practice. I'm very sure that the good reviews on this spa is from family members or close friends of the Doctor.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Dr. Calderon is excellent in what she does and coming up with a plan to meet individual goals.
