As a Greater Grand Forks health care clinic we see you as an individual with a unique set of needs, and we view chiropractic care as a system of health care that is different than medical care alone.

At Plains Chiropractic & Acupuncture we provide a tailored and integrated approach to your needs. Chiropractic care is an important aspect of caring for many spinal problems but we also value the benefits of acupuncture, rehabilitation and exercises when needed.

Our goal is to not only alleviate pain, but more importantly, inspire and educate our patients to become active participants in their own well being. Allow our friendly and experienced team to help you start enjoying more of life with less pain and more vitality, naturally!

The doctors will begin with a thorough examination and will assess your areas of concern, as well as carefully consider your health history. The doctors are trained in x-ray techniques and in order to make an accurate diagnosis may request x-rays, which can be taken in our clinic. After an initial examination a course of treatment will be recommended. Based upon that analysis, treatment could consist of chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, therapies and rehabilitation exercises.

Plains Chiropractic & Acupuncture is conveniently located in Grand Forks, near Interstate 29. Our office is near Menards on 32ndAvenue South, across the street from Target and Lowes. If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment please contact us.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

I am a runner, and I went through all the doctors, all the ice, rolling, stretching, and resting treatments for really bad shin splints. The only thing that finally made a breakthrough was receiving ART therapy by Dr. Carson. I have nothing but great stuff to say about him and his practice!

After having been to chiropractors all over the US and Canada - I finally found someone who is truly helping me. From the injuries of my youth flaring into larger problems, to my trucking related aches and pains, I have suffered for years.
Carson is knowledgeable, prompt and he doesn't hurt me while helping me, which has been a complaint I direct toward of most chiropractors I have been to.

Thanks Carson
