With over 30 years of experience, my interactive approach utilizes the skills and strengths of the individual or couple to resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. I work with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, phobias, addictions, loss and grief, lifestyle changes and crisis. When indicated, I use therapeutic hypnosis for a range of issues such as improving self esteem, breaking habits, pain reduction, and smoking cessation. I use EMDR for phobias and traumas.
