I met with Dr Trogan a few years back to have bridgework done. The bridge I was replacing (because I also wanted to lighten my teeth color) had lasted without any incident for more than 20 years. Having relocated from Brooklyn to Los Angeles, I recently saw a new dentist, who told me that the bridge that was done by Dr Trogan was not sealed properly. This had contributed to chronic bad breath that I couldn't seem to get rid of. I contacted their office with a reasonable request - that I be refunded at least the amount of my deductible to have the bridge repaired here in LA. I was told sorry, can't do. But if you are "ever in Brooklyn" again, stop by and "we'll see what we can do". Which is absolutely laughable. So the moral is, willing to "try to correct the work" at very little cost to the office (but at GREAT cost to me) but no responsibility taken for inadequate work done.

All I was asking was for her to do the "right" thing by standing by her work.

Wouldn't recommend.
