My name is Jennifer Thomas and I am an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in Sacramento located in Northern California. Marriage and Family Therapists provide counseling for all types of relationship issues. My license as an MFT allows me to counsel people with an array of symptoms to better their ability to have happy productive relationships and lives. I offer counseling for adults, couples, adolescents, children and families. I work with many symptoms including fear, anger, depression and anxiety. All these symptoms affect one’s relationships with others. The families that I counsel are able to see more clearly how awareness can lead to their desired change. I specialize in couples counseling to assist with more effective communication and parenting to help parents find more effective ways to parent their difficult or challenging children.
