... and that's not even saying enough. I've been a patient here for 11 months now, and I could not be happier. The office staff is friendly, funny and totally on the ball. Jessica even recognizes my voice every time I call - and that's just from my hello. Ania, the patient coordinator, is super helpful and quite possibly the sweetest person in the universe. The dental techs are all really cool, and totally professional. They help to make my visits relaxed and even fun. No, honestly - they can make me laugh even when my mouth is full of cotton. As far as professionalism and courtesy goes, this office is perfect. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments is easy. You can go online to their user-friendly website and keep track of billing, appointments, photos... and they offer different ways to get appointment reminders. I opt for emails, but you can also schedule a text message the day before your visit. My appointments are always right on time - I have yet to actually sit in the waiting room. On top of all of this is Dr. Waldman. First and foremost - he is an incredibly talented orthodontist. Seriously. I'm only about halfway through an truly complicated treatment, and the progress is already unbelievable. On top of his talent, the man is a genuinely nice person. His sincerity alone is worth the price of admission. Patient, ego-free and honestly wants to do whatever he can to make his patients happy. I would give this place a hundred stars if I could. Thanks to everyone here for making my experience so very positive.

I highly recommend Dr. Waldman. From the first day we stepped into the office, my 13 year old son and I felt so confident in Dr. Waldman's knowledge and skills, and were made at ease by his extremely friendly demeanor. My son was terrified of other dentists in the past, but Dr. Waldman took the time to explain everything to him and my son ended up loving his visits to the orthodontist. Dr. Waldman and his caring staff were extremely professional and supportive throughout the entire orthodontic process. Overall, our experience was superb. My son's teeth and smile are beautiful, and we refer everyone we know to Dr. Waldman.
