At Primary Health and Wellness Center, we are committed to providing essential quality healthcare at affordable prices. We offer same-day, as well as regularly scheduled appointments for ongoing health maintenance. Every patient is offered the time and attention they need to get well and to learn how to manage their health. At PHWC our fee schedule is very affordable. The Center has agreements with a local laboratory and an imaging facility to provide needed testing at reduced rates. We work closely with specialty physicians for any necessary referrals. Our goal is to enable every patient to achieve an optimum level of health.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. I have complex problems and have not seen a healthcare provider in a very long time. This office is a very special place caring for the whole patient is a priority. If anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Ms Fanelli is by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that the office exceeds their clients' expectations for many years. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Donna Fanelli is a unique healthcare provider. She is knowledgeable and spends so much time educating me about taking care of myself, even before treatment. I was so scared and now I am 5 weeks into the triple therapy and I am clear!!! This is the first time in years that I trust a health care provider with caring for me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily and so clean! Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
