Honestly, I'm not big on chiropractic care, want to avoid it when at all possible and take care of issues myself. Dr. Basra and Dr Singh are a very skilled and knowledgeable team, with their massage therapy students/graduates assisting. I went to them many times during a year when my occupation (with all its physical ups and downs) took a good stress toll on my back. They helped me to get through it. They showed me how to take care of a hand injury well on my own, for which I didn't need pay them a nickel. I no longer go to them because I've moved from the area. The only thing I would have liked additional is a bit more education (daily exercises) on how to strengthen my back ongoing. Had I asked, I'm sure they would have gone the extra mile and provided that.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I referred few of my family members to this practice. All are very pleased with the results.
