They clearly don’t care about patient comfort here because I had to wait for my appointment in the most uncomfortable, cheap chairs. They were just terrible.
They checked in with the assistant during my visit but didn't really bother to look at my teeth. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. I was impressed with their financing options. They were very flexible, and were willing to work with me and my insurance company. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them.
