To Whom It Concerns:

My family and I would just like to thank the staff of Hospice of Crawford County for assisting us during the last days of my wife’s life.

When hospice entered our home, they not only brought in a hospital bed and loving care for Donna, but a sense of kindness and relief to us.

Hospice employees Candace Doubet, Karen Dygert and Tena Walker were not only professionals but truly compassionate people who understand that most people are worried and unsure if they are providing proper care for loved ones with a terminal disease.

And even though Donna was in the final throes of Alzheimer’s Disease, hospice aide Tena actually did something that I’ll always remember: she made my wife smile.

Though hospice was only in our home for a week, our family will always appreciate their compassion and gentle professionalism during my wife’s final days.

The staff was so respectful and courteous. They spoke kindly to all the patients, and never used any foul language or gossiped in front of the patients. The staff is great about turning their phones off when they come into work. Their full attention is always on the patients. I had to look around for a long time before I finally saw their credentials hanging on the wall. It seemed weird that they would make it so hard to find. The staff wasn't overly rude, but they weren't very polite either. I found the building, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. Your service is dismal. I blame Hospice of Meadville Pa for teh seperation of our family. Your Corporate Leadership has done nothing to resolve the issue. You still have Pastor Lilley on board who runs a cult.
