Our family experience with this facility isn't even on a scale of 1-5 because they would deserve a zero! Our loved one was admitted in a bit of distress. The welcome our family received can only be compared to a popsicle. There was NO-none-absolutely nothing- no evidence of "innovative hospice care, providing comfort and preserving dignity in the face of terminal illness" as their website touts. We were left on our own. No one checked on our loved one even though she was a brand new patient, or on us to provide "emotional support." We were left alone. The website is a total farce and this place would be the last on earth I'd recommend for anyone to bring their loved ones.
