Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I don't think they like to help people save money. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. This place is terrible okay let me start with the first time i went there.

The first time i went there was several years ago, they told me my ankle was just a near sprain and it would heal within days.. It didnt heal and i went through tons of pain, later going to a different doctor who actually cared. To inform me that it was indeed a break.
Then i go back several years later in this year with a cut on my foot that was bleeding bad and the doctor squirts me with the hydro proxide! as a joke?! it wasnt funny at all. The whole time he was a rude joke. AND not only that but in the report they put that i was walking on the beach. when i specifically said that i cut my foot open on an escalator. Where does the beach have escalators?? iD love to know.

And then i recently went there two weeks ago and, what do you know i got the same doctor. who was on his phone before as well. and then he argues with me and tells me i dont need any test done and sends me home. This place is ridiculous and lazy... I Waited 2 hours extra just for him to tell me to go home.. The problems are still existing and now i have to further to another doctor.

I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
