I am very disappointed in the services Vitas Innovative Hospice Care of Northern Virginia provided. They refused to listen to the patient and what he wanted and expected. They refused to conduct lab work based on what they stated: "what's the point, we are not going to do anything about it anyway". Don't use this organization. They are disrespectful and just focus on having the patient die asap. If you use their services, your relative will die much sooner and in pain. Don't listen to their promises to provide proactive care, they will not. It was a total sales job.
