When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I feel that they do not communicate clearly- they promise admission within 3 hours after a referral, but it took 2 DAYS to get my father admitted. We were promised a wheelchair, oxygen set up and protective underwear to be delivered on Friday, only the protective underwear showed up on Saturday after I called the answering service not once, but twice!!
