I called for berevement information and the person who answered the phone was rude but did put me through to a counselor. The counselor was wonderful and very helpful and said she would have information sent to my by mail and by e-mail. I called 4 days later and the same rude person answered the phone and I told her I hadn't received the information so she curtly asked what I wanted. I told her I needed a schedule for the different berevement groups. She then asked me if I wanted 101? (What is that - beginners mourners?) I answered yes since I thought I would get a little infomation - then I was told that that group was held once a month, the first Wed of every month, it had been held the night before (the 8th) and the next one would be Sept. 5th. Well for one thing the first Wed in August was the 1st. She was just rude and the state I'm in, I really need at least politeness if not compassion.
