I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. Everyone should be aware of the fact that this business is not in a very safe neighborhood. It was not what I was expecting and I was pretty scared to get out of my car.
