Dr. Quarterson is very skilled in the practice of Chiropractics. I really like that I feel better immediately after she adjusts me and that she is very honest about how many times you need to come back. She does not string you along like some Chiropractors do. Her prices are reasonable also. She is dedicated to making people feel better and not just for her own pocketbook. Highly recommended.

Ok, let me start by saying, I have MS, found out when my legs went out from under me and I did a tripple gainer down some steps... judges gave me a 9.9 so I can't complain too much.... this was 5 years ago.

Fast forward, I have designed (after tons of research) a plan to beat MS.
mostly vegan diet (some meat for protein but not a lot, mostly fish) , exercise, low stress job, guitar playing - my barometer to how my motor skills are doing... AND NOW Dr Q!

I came to Dr. Q with two objectives and a sprained ankle...
Objective one, motor skills thus guitar playing back to 100%..
Objective two , get my legs back...
She agreed to work with me, so she is now part of my plan to battle MS...

So its been ONLY 8 visits and there have been some noticeable differences.
She found some swelling on my spine, its already bad enough that my brain and legs don't talk very well due to damaged communication lines (nerves) but swelling them shut to boot... So I gave Dr. Q permission to go full guns on me, I am hers... go to it Dr. Q... And she did.. OUCH... its ok, hit this thing with everything you've got.

There was one nasty pain point, remedied today as a matter of fact, lower back was screaming with pain, much better now. But along with this pain, when I cringed my legs worked and my fingers were flying... We hit something and it was angry lol

So fast forward, fingers are back...for the most part.. I can fly on the guitar when things are good, much improved on objective one! These motor skills have definitely improved. Been playing these strings for almost 50 years, I know my fingers, can't bs that....

And after calming down the back, legs and foot drop are majorly reduced.

Almost no foot drop, very noticeable when climbing steps. left leg now lifts all the way, no more smacking my toes or tripping up the steps and the legs are much better... Balance is still an issue (serious MS brain and spine lesion issues there) but I'm noticing changes across the board. Will it be for better or get worst again, not sure, its certainly changing and you can't get better if nothing changes... I am very optimistic... This has been the missing link in my treatment plan...

So sure, this will take time to work itself out, IF it works itself out.
But I am giving her all the room she needs to help me to manage this disease.
Thus far, I am very optimistic...
And people don't believe in this... I'm probably the last person who would think this works, but MS is real, and doctors have been all over this with me for 5 years and lately my walking was getting worst, got a scooter to get around town to and from work etc. My goal, walk to work again...
I really believe she can help me do that... I will post updates along the way.

Oh and by the way MS is progressing, so we are fighting an uphill battle...
I still believe we can beat this.... I have good people on this, now adding Dr Q!
