I have had chronic migraines and back pain since the birth of my first child. I tried everything, and eventually quit my job and became used to not being able to play freely with my kids because of the pain it would cause me. I saught Myofascial Release treatments as my last resort. Ann not only worked with me to resolve my most pressing aches and pains, but also helped me realize old injuries that were helping to contribute to them. Now I'm able to get back to the activities I love, and I know how to manage my symptoms myself. Ann is unlike most practioners out there. She took the time to learn what was important to me as I was healing, and helped me feel like I wasn't in this alone. She gave me my life back and I sing her praises to everyone I meet.
